Supporting Women Together

Thank you Well women team for helping me overcome my own bias and stigma about mental health. I know now that you – depression – you don't mean I am a weak person or an Eeyore. You have heightened my attunement to finding joy in my daily life. You have strengthened my courage and resilience. Well women has helped me to remember the following positive things : Everyone has good & bad days. We all deserve some grace.

Thanks to Well Women I can now see alot clearer and the continued support helps me to navigate life as a mum with all its ups and downs. I don’t believe I would be the parent I am today without their help.

I’m so grateful for the support of Well Women. The group setting really helps me realise I am not alone and the support and knowledge from others who have been through similar, helps me to navigate my way through barriers or situations I find myself facing.
